Belangrijkste kenmerken

  • Plastic Euro pallet (1200 x 800 x H 150 mm) - part of the BLACK LINE series

  • With extra-high raised edges (22 mm) along the pallet deck, instead of on the deck; this results in a usable deck dimension of 1200 x 800 mm between the edges

  • Stacking bins can therefore be stacked upside down on the pallet and transported safely, even without securing the bins with tension straps

  • The pallet is also highly suitable for transporting VDA KLT automotive bins

  • Strong medium pallet with low tare weight and therefore easy to handle

  • The load capacity can be significantly increased by adding reinforcement profiles in the pallet deck

  • The load capacity in pallet racks is 400 kg. After adding 3 longitudinal inserts, this increases to 1000 kg; after adding 4 longitudinal inserts, the load capacity in pallet racks is 1250 kg

  • Underside with open pallet blocks and pallet skids featuring reinforcement ribs

  • The D1 ECO pallet is extra strong due to the angled connection between the blocks, the pallet runners and the pallet deck

  • The pallet runners are chamfered on both sides for trouble-free handling

  • Manufactured from high-quality ECO regranulate for high impact resistance and long service life

  • Options: pallet lid – fit-on rims – reinforcement profiles – QR codes and barcodes – RFID transponders – 22 mm rims on the deck – 7 mm rims on the deck – without rims (optionally with pop-ups) – continuous anti-slip rubber strips on the deck

Over dit product

Our D1 ECO pallet, with its robust 22 mm raised edges along the deck, is a true special-purpose pallet for applications with plastic stacking bins and crates. This returnable packaging can be stacked upside down on this pallet version and then transported without any problems - even without tension straps. This pallet is also ideal for VDA-KLT automotive bins. These bins are neatly centred on the pallet, despite their different base structure. This pallet version is also widely used in combination with dishwasher baskets 600 x 400 mm. Glass crates and plate baskets stand firmly centred on this plastic pallet.

This D1 ECO pallet has a low tare weight, is equipped with 3 longitudinal skids and can be upgraded from a medium-duty pallet to a true racking pallet using reinforcement profiles. The D1 ECO pallet is extra reinforced at several vulnerable points, such as the transitions from the pallet blocks to the pallet skids and to the pallet deck. Made from high-quality HDPE ECO regranulate for sustainable use and an attractive price.
