Plastic large-format pallet (3640 x 1200 x H 160 mm), type E3-5-DUO ECO, made from robust ECO regranulate. Based on four pallets of type E3-5 ECO, which are sawn and then sustainably welded together. Equipped with 2 pallet runners longitudinally and 9 crosswise, underside with blocks and pallet runners open (ribbed). With 5 mm rims all around. The top deck is supplied as standard with 2 reinforcement profiles in the longitudinal direction. Static load capacity is 7500 kg and dynamic load capacity 1500 kg. Maximum dynamic load of 1500 kg with evenly distributed load and a wide forklift tine position. Also available in a version without rims on the top deck. Various organisations use the large-format pallets to their full satisfaction.
General
The dimensions of custom-made pallets are aligned with the customer’s requirements as much as possible. However, the existing pallet construction is decisive for the welding work. As a result, the achievable dimensions may deviate by a few centimetres.
